Are the rooms serviced?

Rooms in the Hostels are cleaned upon request.  Simply ask for service at the reception desk.

If we cancel our reservation, can we get refunded?

When can I reserve a room at one of the Hostels?

The hostels are open from May 15 to August 14

What do I do if I need to do a laundry?

When you take possession of your room, you will be given a magnetic card. Go to the machine on the first floor and add $5 or more on the card to operate the washers and dryers. It’s important to return the card at the end of your stay, otherwise you will be charged an additional $5 on your bill.

Where can I get a map of Montreal?

The person in charge at the entrance will give you one. You can also download a map of Montreal here.

How much does parking cost?

$11/day, $9/night. For more details.

Can I use the phone for free?

Local calls are free. For long-distance calls, you need a pre-paid card.

Is wireless Internet service free?

An IP Internet network connection is available for $5/day.

Is the room air-conditioned?

Only in the double studio apartments in the East hostel. All rooms in the hostels have ceiling fans.

Does the hostel have a café or a restaurant

It has a cafeteria. However, you cannot charge your food, You must pay for it when you buy it. There are also several restaurants merely steps away from each hostel. Consult the list of restaurants
